Privacy Policy
Effective: September 10, 2026
VEKDYN is a performance analytics platform for coaches and athletes. This Privacy Policy explains the information VEKDYN may collect, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features a user chooses to use, VEKDYN may process account and profile information, training plans and workout information, race and performance data, threshold and lactate information, athlete feedback, and recovery or training metrics. When a user connects a supported third-party fitness service, VEKDYN may receive information authorized by that user through the service's API.
Connected Services
VEKDYN may allow users to connect supported fitness platforms, such as Strava or COROS, through authorization mechanisms provided by those services. Additional integrations, including Garmin, may be offered only when VEKDYN is authorized to provide them. Information available to VEKDYN depends on the permissions granted by the user and connected service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate VEKDYN, display training and performance information, support coach-athlete workflows, maintain connected-service functionality, improve product reliability, and protect the security and integrity of the service. VEKDYN does not sell users' personal information.
Coach and Athlete Access
VEKDYN is designed for coach-athlete workflows. Information associated with an athlete may be made available to an authorized coach or program using VEKDYN where that access is part of the athlete's use of the service.
Data Storage and Security
VEKDYN uses service providers and technical safeguards to operate the platform and store application data. We take reasonable measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
OAuth Tokens and Credentials
Where a connected service uses OAuth, VEKDYN may store access or refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection. VEKDYN does not ask users to provide their password for a third-party fitness service as a substitute for that service's authorization process.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide VEKDYN, maintain legitimate operational records, comply with applicable obligations, or until it is deleted when appropriate. Users may disconnect supported third-party services through the applicable service or available VEKDYN controls. Users may contact VEKDYN to request deletion of their VEKDYN account information, subject to applicable legal or operational retention requirements.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services connected to VEKDYN operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A user's relationship with those services is governed by the policies of the applicable provider.
Children
VEKDYN is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Programs using VEKDYN are responsible for ensuring that appropriate permissions and consents are obtained where required.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as VEKDYN develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page by changing the effective date.
